Job Description

Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza, has an immediate opening at our Support Center based in Irving, Texas for an Entry Level Loss Prevention Administrator. Position Summary

The Loss Prevention Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Loss Prevention team. This role helps ensure effective tracking, documentation, and coordination of company-wide loss prevention initiatives, investigations, and compliance programs. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to begin a career in loss prevention, security, or compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Loss Prevention team, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and reporting.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and documentation related to investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with the preparation of incident reports, case files, and monthly/quarterly loss prevention reporting.
  • Track and monitor loss prevention initiatives, corrective actions, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
  • Support communication between stores, field teams, and corporate departments regarding loss prevention policies and procedures.
  • Assist with coordination of audits, compliance checks, and training sessions.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Loss Prevention department.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, retail operations, or security/loss prevention preferred (internships or coursework acceptable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Operational Expectations

  • Collaborative and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the loss prevention field.
  • Limited travel may be required (up to 5%).
  • Hybrid work flexibility may be available based on team needs
