The Treasury Operations team is seeking a Senior Investment Operations Manager to lead key operational functions supporting Microsoft's investment portfolio. This role ensures operational integrity across trade settlements, foreign exchange, and share buyback programs.
ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations for trade confirmations, settlements, fixed income, share buybacks, cash reconciliations, and corporate actions.Conduct daily data integrity reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manage relationships with custody banks, system vendors, accounting teams, trading counterparties, and internal stakeholders.Oversee collateral management activities in coordination with legal and counterparty agreements.Champion best practices aligned with regulatory requirements and internal controls. | |
