Job Summary

The Global Graduate Program is an established team of graduates within our businesses that play a vital part in our future talent planning process. You are provided the opportunity to participate in a rotational program with your global peers to develop exposure to various sectors of our global company alongside various leadership to guide you down a path to a successful career through a continuous learning journey. As part of this, the program has been designed to provide you rotational placements and core modules of training, growing and developing to become GKN Aerospace's future management, leader's innovators and more. This is a 24 month program to begin in September 2026.


Being part of a GKN Aerospace graduate community, we will also provide support and networking and you will have the chance to participate in additional activities outside of your role; supporting local community initiatives, representing your company at corporate shows or leading STEM events; you are given the encouragement and time to participate throughout each placement.

During your placements across our businesses you will be working as part of a global graduate team, giving you the opportunity to experience different cultures and work with a diverse range of people. Whether you envisage a career as an engineer innovating to overcome technical challenges or as an executive helping to lead the business, choosing GKN Aerospace means you are joining a global engineering network with wide-ranging opportunities.


The precise nature of your role will be defined by your skills as well as the needs of the business but your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Working on projects and supporting a team to find the best solutions
* Understanding of laws pertaining to HR.
* Becoming an expert in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
* Building knowledge of all componenets of Human Resources-Rewards, Compensation, Recruitment, Generalist duties, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Learning & Development.
* Analyzing HR data to enfore HR metrics and KPIs.
* Being a champion of employee engagement.
* Understanding the process of integrating employees cultures and how a global business operates.
* Helping to maintain performance within your team and for GKN as a company
* Building relationships both within GKN and with our external partners, collaborating across functions, segments and teams to deliver excellence

Job Qualifications

We are committed to your continued development and success so, throughout these roles, you will also be part of a structured Graduate Development Program. The program includes five face-to-face weeks of development training including a global onboarding when you start giving you the chance to meet your global peers from day one.
Required Qualifications:
* A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a technical related field.
* A valid US Passport or the ability to obtain one.
* U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance requirements.


Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
* Enthusiasm for working in the Aerospace & Manufacturing Sector.
