About The Role: We are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and provide both strategic and hands-on HR support, with a strong focus on employee relations. In this critical role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees alike-guiding performance conversations, resolving complex workplace issues, and promoting a fair, compliant, and engaging work environment. This intermediate-level HRBP position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, values relationship-building, and is passionate about driving positive culture and leadership effectiveness. The role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote), allowing for both flexibility and impactful, in-person collaboration with managers and teams. What's in it for You!

What We Are Looking For
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Conduct thorough, unbiased investigations into complaints related to conduct, harassment, performance, and other workplace concerns.
- Partner with managers to coach on effective documentation, progressive discipline, and resolution strategies.
- Handle essential HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, managing case files, and supporting data entry in HR systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support internal recruiting by partnering with managers to assess talent needs, coordinate interviews, and review internal applications; includes approving requisitions and offer letters on behalf of the EVP and other leaders.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
- Identify patterns and trends in ER issues and proactively recommend training, policy changes, or engagement strategies.
- Support performance management cycles, including performance improvement plans and terminations.
- Collaborate with HR team to support the employee lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to leadership, workplace conduct, and performance conversations.
- Maintain detailed, confidential documentation for ER cases and ensure proper documentation in HRIS/Case Management tools.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations
- Solid understanding of HR laws and regulations, with proven experience conducting investigations and managing ER issues.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to navigate sensitive topics professionally.
- High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters
- Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or other operational environments is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Oracle, UKG, Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model - independently productive while highly collaborative
- Flexibility in work schedule for crunch periods is required
