Overview The Inside Sales Representative position is working M - F 9:30 am to 6 pm; mostly working from home but may require some training in our Worcester office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer service or call center background. This position will require working in a phone cue with mostly inbound calls and talking with potential members for one of our senior plans. Sales experience is not required. Brief Summary of Purpose: The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to maximize productivity of the Sales team by executing sales and marketing techniques and to assist with the growth and retention of NaviCare membership. Ensure maximum individual and team sales productivity and effectiveness through telephone sales via both outbound and inbound calls. Additional responsibilities include targeting key sales opportunities through lead generation for the outreach team. The result of this position is to help streamline and improve sales tactics and quality of reporting. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities:
