Job Summary

The Receiving/Packing Clerk plays a vital support role within our Sustaining Engineering group. This position is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing product flow, processing consumer returns, and preparing items for testing or re-stocking. The role requires flexibility, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to ensure smooth operations across the department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and open daily shipments of consumer returns.
  • Record return information in Zendesk and sustainment tracking systems.
  • Sort and organize returned products for testing and evaluation.
  • Pack, label, and prepare products to be returned to stock.
  • Repack or rework units as needed.
  • Perform basic triage testing on returned devices to assist with sorting.
  • Support additional sustainment and warehouse tasks as directed by management.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with consumer electronics (cellular devices preferred).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and basic tracking systems.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, receiving, or packing environments a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Essential Job Function
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying indoor/outdoor temperatures.
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle products, tools, or controls.
  • Ability to visually inspect and test all product components for functionality.
