Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our growing team!

Landmark of Fridley Senior Living is in Fridley, MN, located right off Central Ave and Mississippi Street, at the former home of Sandee's Restaurant. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 69-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Our Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

Schedule: Full-Time - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm every other weekend included.

Wage: $19.50-$22 wage is based on experience

As a Community Life Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

• Facilitate group programs (large group and small group) as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
