Program Manager, Compensation The Program Manager, Compensation is responsible for the oversight, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's compensation structures and programs. The Program Manager, Compensation partners closely with HRBP's, Operational Leaders, and other stakeholders to drive exceptional deliverables and promote collaboration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and efficiently managed through HR systems and technology. Position Highlights:

What you will do: Program Oversight & Administration
Manage the day-to-day administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, pay programs, and incentive plans. Administer compensation programs, including processing salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation-related transactions. Manage the planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments. Partner with HR and operational leaders to evaluate and refine compensation programs based on business needs and market trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Provide guidance to HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Operational Leaders on pay recommendations, compensation policies, and job classifications as needed. Advise on Organizational Alignment efforts to ensure alignment with the Endeavor Job Architecture. Work closely with the Recruitment team to facilitate timely hiring. Develop resources and training materials to help the compensation team, HR teams and leaders understand compensation programs and policies
Market Analysis & Compensation Structure Management
Advise on market pricing activities, including the evaluation and selection of salary surveys to ensure alignment with relevant compensation data, budget considerations, and industry benchmarks. Complete job evaluations for individual jobs up to an entire service line structure. Participate in market pricing activities to ensure compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks as needed.
HR System & Process Support
Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to support accurate processing of compensation-related processes and transactions. Ensure compensation structures and job classifications are maintained accurately within HR systems. Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes through system enhancements, automation, and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert for the compensation team, HR and operational leadership on compensation-related system functionality and reporting.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze market data, compensation trends, and internal performance data to make informed decisions. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation data and recommendations. Monitor and track compensation program performance and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance and Administration
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, required Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, preferred Experience:
5+ years of compensation experience, preferably in healthcare or a complex organizational setting. Demonstrated experience managing or supporting compensation systems and programs such as base pay structures, incentive plans, and pay-for-performance programs.
