We're actively seeking a talented a Project Coordinator to join our Global Workplace Services team in Newport Beach, CA.

As Project Coordinator, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by coordinating and participating in a wide variety of Facilities-related projects. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 15 people in the People Experience division. Your colleagues will include a variety of US and International professionals overseeing Building Operations, Project Management, Space Planning & Design, Vendor Management, Corporate Real Estate services, and an array of related activities, projects, and responsibilities.

How you'll help move us forward:

  • Environmental Projects - Coordination and program administration

  • Space Planning & Design Support

  • Special projects and program coordination

  • General team administration, vendor interaction, and departmental cross training

  • Global Workplace Services communications and messaging

The experience you bring:

  • Passion for environmental initiatives and sustainability efforts, interest in workplace design

  • Knowledge of programs, applications, systems, and a willingness to learn and expand

  • Attention to detail, ability to self manage, participate as part of a project team, solve problems and issues, track tasks and follow-up on items independently, help to administer employee transportation programs (EV Car access, Vanpool), etc.

  • Team-oriented individual who is willing to learn and grow in the role

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$39.81 - $48.65
