Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager for a 6 month contract role with our client in Richfield, MN. This role is hybrid. Tell us about your department: Technical Program Management Office that is a group of technical program managers that support Digital and Technology programs. Project Description: This position involves managing the Data Discovery and Classification program which is a program that involves implementing data discovery and classification capabilities that are required to achieve compliance with the new version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards 4.0 (PCI DSS 4.0). PCI DSS 4.0 requires Client to discovery and identification of Primary Account Numbers (PAN) throughout the enterprise. The capability must be designed to facilitate the identification of all sources and locations of cardholder data and confirm such data does not reside on systems outside of the cardholder data environment. Position Summary/Job Description: Responsible for delivering components of complex and cross functional programs across the Digital and Technology area within Client. Works with stakeholders/sponsors and/or collaborates with product management, UX/CX and engineering teams to deliver on roadmaps, desired iterations and outcomes. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead components of large scale technology delivery projects or programs requiring contributions and coordination from multiple Digital and Technology product teams. Develop iterative and integrated baseline plans (outcomes, tasks, and timelines) with all dependent agile/product teams, identify resources and skills required, document assumptions, refine plans and manage performance against them. Manage the execution of tasks and deliverables for components of assigned products/programs, following Technical Program Management CoP guidelines and best practices. Facilitate solution and dependency mapping exercises between key technical components (e.g. application features, data contracts, integration, infrastructure, network, security, and operational software). Ensure effective test and deployment planning and execution. Drive components of each applicable stage throughout product/program lifecycles, and ensure outcomes, dependencies, risks, and other critical information is shared among applicable team members and stakeholders. Plan and schedule meetings as appropriate, work with teams to ensure key materials are prepared for productive meetings that drive results. Work with product/program teams to get task, issue, and risk updates. For key component risks, articulate status, provide actionable updates, provide risk aversion plans and drive problem resolution across all team participants. Create and cascade communications and weekly status reports, including product/program-wide RYG status to appropriate stakeholders, leadership and contributors. Support product/program business readiness activities. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX and Business teams. Document and archive program activities, deliverables, tools, and findings for future programs. How much time will the resource spend pair programming? Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions across business and IT stakeholders. Ability to identify issues, risks, and problems, generate solutions and gain alignment on proposed solution across stakeholders. Advanced proficiency with all MS Office applications. Highly organized with good time management skills. Customer service oriented with the ability to influence without authority, and strong interpersonal skills.
