Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions in support of current business needs, and have strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, development, agile delivery, and a collaborative mindset.

What You'll Do


  • Manage daily administrative tasks, recommend enhancements, and improve current administrative configurations to improve security and user interface
  • Actively participate in the design and architecture of Salesforce components and integrations specifically Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical design and development tasks
  • Analyze and resolve moderate to complex development and support issues
  • Document solutions and development decisions clearly for internal stakeholders and support teams
  • Work effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives across functional and technical teams
  • Maintain awareness of new Salesforce features and evaluate potential application in future development efforts

Requirements


  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong ability and desire to interpret business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions with minimal guidance
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, data modeling, security models, and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical issue
  • Maintain development best practices around quality assurance, integration, and version control

Preferred


  • Experience optimizing Salesforce architecture for the mobile app
  • Developing Visualforce Pages, Flows, and role-based access and page layouts
  • Experience with external system integrations, particularly NetSuite
  • Experience implementing Marketing Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Apex and Analytical Reporting tools (Tableau or Power BI)


Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment. Must be physically capable of the duties outlined.

Work Environment

This position typically operates in a standard office setting, flight line, and manufacturing environments. This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities.

ITAR Requirement

In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: Base salary, plus commission, for this role is $120k-$300k, based on performance.
