Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location.

We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to support the U.S. Army's Guam Defense System Joint Program Office (GDS JPO) under the Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO). This role is critical in enabling program planning, monitoring, and reporting across a complex joint environment within the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF). The analyst will develop strategic products, track program performance, and prepare senior-level briefings that clearly communicate program objectives to stakeholders, senior leaders, and interagency partners. Operating in a fast-paced, multi-service environment, the candidate will help synchronize efforts across the Department of Defense to ensure GDS meets mission requirements. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong program management, analytical, and communication skills who thrives at the intersection of operations, analysis, and executive support.

Duties:

    Support the Program Manager and leadership team in all aspects of the program lifecycle, from planning through execution and closeout.
  • Track and assess program performance against established cost, schedule, and technical metrics; identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare high-quality charts, reports, and briefings for senior leaders, incorporating complex data into concise and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation including action trackers, meeting notes, status reports, and decision papers.
  • Support coordination and communication with stakeholders across DoD services, agencies, and partner organizations to ensure alignment with joint objectives.
  • Assist with program reviews, milestone decisions, and strategic assessments by providing accurate and timely analysis.


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in program management support, analysis, or a related role within or supporting the Federal Government.
  • Strong understanding of program performance metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other program management tools.
  • Proven ability to create executive-level charts, presentations, and written products.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex technical and programmatic information.
  • Must have a current driver's license.
  • Travel: 10%
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have a Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this clearance level during employment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting joint acquisition or missile defense programs.
  • Knowledge of DoD program management principles and the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF).
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and program performance assessment.
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, task management systems).
  • Exposure to DoD contracting and financial management systems.
  • Understanding of strategic planning processes and defense strategies.
  • PMP, DAWIA, or similar certification in program management.
