Job Title: Principal Project/Program Manager, Technical Location: Remote Duration: 03 Months -Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc) In addition to systems listed in the JD, deep knowledge of building out and levering SharePoint to streamline processes. What does a typical day look like? Meeting with a limited group of stakeholders to understand existing manual processes. Documenting recommendations, and workflows for automation Building automated processes using available tools. Presenting to stakeholders and Sr. Director. Priority soft skills Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences in business-friendly terms. Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, dependability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Scope of Work The PM will: Lead analysis of manual legal and compliance business processes and identifying cost-effective automated solutions. Build dashboards, workflows, and reporting using Jira, Clarity, FIT, Rally, and Power Platform or other scalable solutions. Design scalable processes aligned to Agile and product-centric lifecycles. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets business, technical, and compliance needs. Provide executive-ready dashboards and program reporting. Coach teams and leaders on Agile practices and tool adoption.
