• $35,000 - $50,000 + Unlimited commission

• Previous sales experience, ideally in equipment, industrial, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales Representative Summary

In this role, you'll drive new business opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and play a key part in our expansion into the small construction equipment market alongside forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through 10-20 cold calls daily, networking, and other proactive outreach efforts.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and engaging product demonstrations.
• Collaborate closely with service and management teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and provide regular progress reports.
• Support company growth as we expand into small construction equipment sales.
• Demonstrate initiative and business acumen to position yourself for future leadership opportunities.
