Customer Support Associate

Staffmark is hiring a Customer Support Associate in Ruston, LA! If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy helping others, this is an excellent opportunity to put your customer service skills to work in a professional office setting.

Pay & Schedule

• $12.00 - $15.00/hr (based on experience)
• Part-time, hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Process work orders and maintain accurate customer records
• Open and update customer accounts as needed
• Recommend additional services or products to support customer needs
• Handle account adjustments and assist with financial transactions
• Generate reports by collecting and analyzing customer data
• Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and dispatch coordination

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)
• Dispatch or service-based company experience (a plus)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent listening abilities
• Dependable, with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
