Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in East Aurora, NY. This exciting new opportunity offers stability, a flexible schedule, and a supportive team environment.

Pay: $17.20 - $17.75/hour + offers commission that averages $3,000/month

Full Benefits Starting Day One

Schedule:

Training: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Post-Training: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

(Must work 2 nights until 9pm a week) Employees can work 8 hours of choice between the hours listed.

Responsibilities:



  • Make inbound and outbound collection calls
  • Discuss payment options and negotiate arrangements
  • Perform skip tracing and data verification
  • Follow call scripts and document interactions
  • Verify bankruptcy, disability, or garnishment claims
  • Comply with state/federal regulations and company policies




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of collections experience
  • Basic computer skills and navigation skills

  • Strong communication, typing, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with standard office systems and procedures
