We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with a Security Emphasis to lead the development and implementation of our critical software platform. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring security considerations are embedded throughout the process, and coordinating closely with subject matter experts and the software development team. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, defining project requirements and supporting platform development from concept through delivery. This position requires the ability to break down complex business and technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences, while influencing decisions across business and engineering teams. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing security priorities with innovation and business needs, while driving projects forward with clarity, precision, and accountability. This is a hybrid opportunity and Energy Solutions has offices in six different locations. Employees who reside within 40 miles of an office (except New York) will be assigned to that location, though in-office attendance requirements may vary by team. Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of $92,000 to $120,000/Annually Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package.
