SUMMARY: The Leadership Programs Project Coordinator of the Center for Health Leadership and Impact (CHLI) contributes to the organization, coordination and goal execution of the Center and its leadership programs, including the National Leadership Academy for the Public's Health (NLAPH), the Leadership Learning Network (LLN), and the Lead-Free Communities (LFC) network. Duties include working closely with the Director of CHLI and Senior Program Manager on coordination of leadership program, rollout and delivery - these include specific activities in project management, maintaining communication with stakeholders, collaborators, participant team leads; managing databases, and engaging with alumni/stakeholders. Considerable independent judgment is required of the incumbent to satisfactorily perform the job. This is a remote, regular part-time 60% FTE position (with a work schedule of 24 hours/week) with a potential to grow to 75% FTE (30 hours/week) dependent on funding availability. Candidates based in continental U.S. are welcome to apply. Travelling to and participating in a summit in Atlanta for several days may be required. Full salary range for this position: $64,542 to $92,421 per year based on 100% FTE. The typical hiring range for this position is from $38,725.20 (minimum) to $47,089.20 (midpoint), based on 60% FTE. The starting salary is determined using a variety of factors, such as the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity consideration and budget availability.
