The TTM Engineering Internship Program is geared toward conscientious Engineering students. It is a stimulating and rewarding experience, helping the student make the transition from school to work and career while motivating the student for a potential manufacturing, engineering and technology future. Participating in one of our internships is also invaluable in establishing a network within the company. Program Outline:
- Each 10-12-week summer internship will include 1 major and up to 2 minor projects.
- During the internship, the student will work a full-time schedule on-site in Salem, NH. The summer internship is a paid role with a competitive hourly pay rate.
- Each intern will be assigned a manager and a mentor/champion to help guide them and serve as a resource for them.
- The intern will design, develop, and implement their project plan to meet their project objectives, working and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Interns will practice their presentation skills by presenting project progress throughout the internship to both site and executive leadership.
- The Intern will have the opportunity to participate in site training and team building programs.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- A basic understanding and strong interest in analog and digital electronics and/or microwave theory.
- Interest in software development and exposure to programming language.
- Interest in test and process automation.
- Comfortable with hands-on work.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Actively pursues opportunities to expand job-related knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- The student must be enrolled in an accredited college or university technical undergraduate program.
- Junior going into their Senior year of college, scheduled to graduate by December 2027 at the latest.
- Student must also be in good academic standing.
- Demonstrated technical ability and aptitude to develop and work on engineering projects.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations. Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
