Position Objectives: The Product Compliance Specialist has the responsibility to establish and set the direction of the Technical Compliance Program to ensure products comply with international Technical Regulations. Develop and manage quality processes related to compliance including but not limited to design guidelines, incoming inspection, customer request evaluation, third-party inspections/audits, final certification/declaration of equipment prior to shipment, collection/storage of all compliance related documentation. Position Description: * Spearheads the strategic development of the quality standards and procedures to satisfy regulatory requirements for product compliance. Professional Experience: * 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience Desirable Education: * Bachelor's or Associate degree highly desirable but not mandatory or significant experience previous job experience in similar field. Desirable: Work Environment * Work in this position is in a factory floor and office environment. While performing the duties of this job in a factory setting, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud, and PPE is required.
