The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resources Director, this position assists in the delivery of Human Resources services and support to Human Resources customers. Supports various aspects of Human Resources by performing office and administrative support duties. Maintains records and reports, acts as information source and performs effective communications duties as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma
  • One year of administrative experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Previous HR experience
  • SHRM Certified Professional SHRM-CP credential

Essential Functions:

  • Answers phones for the HR department
  • Stationed at the front desk to assist all walk-ins and scheduled clients
  • Handles employee referrals and updates the employee referral
  • Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance,
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assists with new-employee onboarding and orientations
  • Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions,
  • Assists the business partners with HR projects
