Mission and Production Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a seasoned production professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement expertise to impact projects that will modernize and create efficiency across the Air Force sustainment enterprise. As a sustainment professional on our team, you'll lead challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while managing a team of other sustainment professionals. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

What You'll Work On:

• Lead analyses and solution development for aircraft part production and sustainment planning.

• Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.

• Advise Air Force clients in developing plans and programs responsive to present and anticipated portfolio or facility requirements.

You Have:

• Experience with aircraft part production and sustainment planning or management as a retired civilian, military maintainer, or production expert

• Knowledge of Air Force aircraft, installations, missions, and organizations

• Ability to use software applications such as MS Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, or Access

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with data analysis platforms, including Tableau or Power BI

• Experience adapting new technology to solve complex problems

• Secret clearance

• Master's degree in Planning, Engineering, or a related field

• PMP, CFM, or related Certification
