Staffmark is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join a growing team in Joliet, IL.
If you have inventory management experience, enjoy leading teams, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay: $68,000 - $70,000

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Manage daily inventory using WMS systems, ensuring accuracy and high fill rates.
  • Lead floor operations, train and coach associates, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships, resolving delays, damages, and returns.
  • Run key reports, create import orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, efficient, customer-ready facility.



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 3+ years supervising inventory in warehouse, 3PL, or distribution settings.
  • Reach truck experience and ability to work at heights (up to 35 ft).
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, order scheduling, and Lean/5S tools.
