Position Summary: The Leave of Absence (LOA) Administrator is responsible for administration, tracking, and reporting all aspects of employee leave programs, including but not limited to FMLA, state leave of absence programs, leave as an accommodation, short-term disability, long-term disability, parental leave, and personal leave. This position utilizes excellent customer service, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while performing duties and responsibilities in a timely manner, in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of GESMN while maintaining confidentiality of employee records. The LOA administrator serves as a key liaison between payroll, benefits providers, and GESMN's LOA third- party administrator to enter accurate and timely processing of leave requests.
