*Excel-Powered Customer Support Coordinator* *Location:* Hybrid - Southfield, MI (1 day on-site, 4 days remote)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM *Pay Rate:* $22.00/hour *Employment Type:* Long-Term / Permanent *Experience Level:* Intermediate *Equipment: Provided* *About the Role* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive *Customer Support Coordinator* with strong *Excel skills* to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals passionate about customer service and data accuracy. You'll play a key part in supporting fleet operations, managing order data, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders. *Key Responsibilities* * Support fleet customers and dealers with order entry, corrections, changes, and expediting. * Create and distribute reports using Excel for fleet customers and internal teams. * Research and respond to vehicle content inquiries and scheduling/logistics issues. * Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, credit/rebill issues, and incentive concerns. * Provide timely responses to fleet inquiries (within 24 hours). * Participate in meetings and provide status updates. * Utilize CRM tools for account and customer management. * Interpret and update complex datasets in Excel. *What We're Looking For* * *Excel Proficiency*: Ability to sort, filter, and find data; pivot table experience is a plus. * *Customer Service Mindset*: Experience handling challenging customer interactions. * *Eagerness to Learn*: A proactive attitude and willingness to grow within the role. * *Communication Skills*: Clear, professional, and responsive communication. *Preferred Qualifications* * Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required). * Prior experience in customer support or order management. * Familiarity with CRM platforms. *Why Join Us?* * Hybrid work flexibility with a supportive team environment. * Opportunity to grow your skills in Excel, customer service, and operations. * Make a meaningful impact by supporting key fleet operations and logistics. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
