Description: JOB SUMMARY: Manager, Learning & Development - Patient Experience plays a vital role in shaping how Novocure develops, engages, and empowers its US-based, HCP-facing field teams. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and measuring innovative learning strategies and development programs that strengthen clinical expertise, enhance skills, and build leadership capability. We are looking for a passionate learning professional who thrives at the intersection of instructional design, project management, and facilitation who can bring learning to life through both live and virtual environments.
