This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry. Responsibilities:
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
- Delivery of AWS cloud infrastructure to AWARE Pega AML platform.
- Containerization of the AML platform will be required prior to cloud migration
- Coordination of delivery and dependencies with team partners.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration to support the deliverable completion and timeline
- Provides status updates for the deliverables to manager and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
- Leadership: be a self-starter, self-directed and shows initiative.
- Focused on execution, delivery, and commitment to dates.

Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required as software engineer.
- AWS solutions Architect certification preferred
- Knowledge of AML CDD processes and functions
- Proficient in systems architecture/infrastructure and software development.
- Proficient in service layer technologies such as MULE, Kafka and Rest APIs
- Proficient in Lean and/or SAFE agile methodologies
- Proficiency in use of Jira for agile project delivery
- Ability to partner with delivery team to drive on-time results
- Ability to comply with bank standards for Enterprise Change Management Standards.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications :
- Minimum B.S. degree in Software Engineering, M.S. degree preferred.
- Knowledge of bank Enterprise Change Management Standards
- Proficient in bank enterprise tools, including Jira, Release Manager and Remedy
