Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated & experienced RN for our Heart Failure Program at Community Medical Center.

Community Medical Center, is a 592-bed, fully accredited acute care hospital offering area residents world-class medical treatment with the comforts of hometown care. Opened in 1961, CMC has evolved into the state's newest teaching hospital with four residency programs and Ocean County's largest and most active health care facility-caring for over 21,500 inpatients, 178,000 outpatients and 73,700 emergency department patients each year.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • RN degree
  • NJ RN License
  • At least 2 years Current Cardiac or Critical Care RN experience
  • BLS & ACLS required.(American Heart Association)

Preferred:

  • BSN

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Day Shift per diem

Essential Functions:

  • The RN oversees patients with Heart Failure Diagnosis and ensures they are on the Heart Failure Protocols. Collects data and shares with Nursing Team for best practice and outcomes.
