Laser Operator

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting machines (including Amada 9K ENSIS 4020 Fiber Optic).
• Interpret blueprints and DXF files to program/configure laser parameters.
• Load/unload materials, calibrate equipment, and adjust settings for precision cutting.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality inspections using precision tools.
• Document production activities and report defects or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with team members to support schedules and continuous improvement efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC/laser certifications a plus.
• 1-2 years of CNC laser cutting experience (Amada or Trumpf preferred).
• Knowledge of laser cutting technology, fiber optic systems, and working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings and use precision measuring tools; strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to lift 50lbs, load/unload materials, and operate machinery safely.
• Familiar with OSHA/ISO safety standards; forklift experience a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability; resume and references required.
