The Opportunity

As an analyst on the Strategic Planning and Analytics team, you will play an important role in growing Adobe's flagship Digital Media business! This role will support the industry-defining product of Document Cloud. The team sits within the innovative Global Marketing & Strategy organization and uses marketing mix models (MMM) and Attribution models to guide budget decisions to help Adobe achieve its strategic targets. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Science, Product, GTM, and Finance to identify trends, growth markets, influence business strategy, and measure returns on marketing investment. This is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into marketing analytics and impact the growth of Adobe's core business!

What You'll Do

  • Help refine the logic of our data science models to find areas of opportunity to improve future predictive capabilities
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution of marketing strategies and budgets by collaborating with internal teams and outside agencies
  • Measure marketing's return on investment, compile strategic data driven reports, and make recommendations for future investment to drive worldwide objectives
  • Work with team members in Adobe's global offices to cleanse marketing and non-marketing data pipelines for Adobe's production marketing mix and attribution models
  • Guide model production in conjunction with data science teams to create robust modeling that aligns with business priorities
  • Use models to understand market growth, product growth, and routes to market using market research, marketing metrics, business insights, and other available data
  • Tie out marketing metrics across the funnel for various products to give a full-fledged view of marketing impact and help dictate how we allocate resources

What You Need to Succeed

  • Pursuing a masters degree in analytics, business, finance, economics, statistics, engineering or a related field with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026
  • Minimum 2 years work experience synthesizing data and providing recommendations that influenced business outcomes
  • Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, excellent organization, and high attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and Python a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills to provide impactful reporting via written and in-person presentations to constituencies at various levels of management up to the executive level
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to work as part of a diverse team and build positive relationships with colleagues and partners around the world
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $86,300 -- $158,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
