Job Description

The Cyber Identity Management Solutions Analyst I designs, plans, and implements innovative Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. In executing the responsibilities of the job, the analyst engages and consults with business users, application teams, infrastructure areas and vendors to gain a complete understanding of business and technical requirements. The Cyber Identity Management Solutions Analyst effectively partners with the Cyber Identity Management Engineers to ensure successful design and integration of solutions.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will collaborate with business and technical teams to align IAM tools with business processes.
  • You will conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in evaluating IAM vendor solutions.
  • You will maintain IAM systems and documentation in compliance with BOKF policies and standards.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex IAM issues involving authentication and automation.
  • You will perform access provisioning and deprovisioning while supporting end-user account management.
  • You will contribute to the development of IAM strategy and help ensure regulatory compliance.
  • You will monitor IAM trends and work with teams to improve processes and foster shared goals.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of aBachelor's Degree in an information technology related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years' consulting experience in the IAM space analyzing, configuring, and deploying IAM solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of IAM processes and workflows
  • Fundamental understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and best practices
  • General understanding of supporting technologies and protocols including Active Directory services or similar LDAP technologies, databases, and operating systems
  • Demonstrated thorough knowledge of IT security and compliance
  • Strong Excel and Word experience
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Developing conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to identify common themes and solutions
  • Strong sense of accountability, takes ownership over projects and responsibilities, and resolves issues proactively
  • Ability to effectively plan time, method, manner and sequence of own work assignments
