Our Company Join Adobe as a Group Product Manager for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Services and Agents for Data, driving the next generation of AI- and agent-powered data innovation. AEP Data Services powers Experience Cloud by managing diverse data types for real-time customer profiles and AI experiences. We are expanding Data Services to include advanced capabilities such as unstructured data processing and signal extraction to enhance Adobe's AI and agentic features. Meanwhile, Data Agents are transforming how practitioners and partners interact with data. These agents introduce conversational, reasoning-driven automation to intricate data engineering tasks, including finding schemas, improving semantics, automatically mapping fields, and optimizing datasets for personalization and analytics. You will develop strategy and roadmap for AEP Data Services and Data Agents, partner with cross-functional teams and partners to improve data usability for Customer Experience Orchestration. This is more than a leadership role-it's an opportunity to reshape how enterprises use data for AI and customer engagement, fueling growth, creativity, and market differentiation at scale. Location Requirement: San Jose HQ 2-3 days a week in office Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $153,600 -- $297,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
