As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play an important role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and coordinating security-related communications and activities. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, dispatching officers to incidents, and supporting the team in responding to various situations throughout the facility. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining constant awareness of the site's activities, utilizing advanced communication systems, and providing clear, calm directions during emergencies or routine operations. Pay Rate: $30.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communications between staff, visitors, and emergency personnel at the location, following established protocols for financial institutions.
• Receive and dispatch information related to security-related incidents and/or emergencies, maintaining accurate logs and documentation as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary according to site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Support emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating with relevant personnel as needed.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of the location's operations and reporting any suspicious behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
