The Business Applications practice at RSM assists clients in strategizing and implementing the right solutions to fulfill their missions. Our Workforce Solutions team is rapidly growing and seeking a qualified professional with deep expertise in UKG Ready Payroll and Time modules. The selected individual will serve as the Lead Consultant, responsible for discovery, requirements documentation, configuration, testing support, and go-live of the client's UKG Ready solution. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Lead Consultant for UKG Ready Payroll and Time implementations.
  • Lead client discovery sessions and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Consult with clients to develop best-fit future state solutions for payroll processing and timekeeping.
  • Configure UKG Ready Payroll and Time modules based on client specifications.
  • Lead solution development and review workshops.
  • Provide quality control over solution build and unit testing.
  • Support development of client test strategy, including test cases and UAT planning.
  • Proactively manage solution delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support clients through UAT, deployment, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional consultants (e.g., HR, Benefits, Talent) to deliver optimal client solutions.
  • Conduct UKG Ready assessments and provide clients with best practice recommendations and future state enhancements.
Primary Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with UKG Ready Payroll and Time modules.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, timekeeping rules, and labor regulations.
  • Experience with UKG Ready implementation methodology and lifecycle.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and meeting deliverables.
  • Ability to lead and execute all phases of implementation including discovery, documentation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and vendors effectively.
  • UKG Ready certifications preferred (access to UKG training and certification will be provided).

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
