This is a local traveling opportunity. The Clinical Liaison (CL), Nurse performs daily marketing and patient care transition coordination activities for various referral sources, case managers and patients referred to Amerita. The overall focus of the CL is to work in concert with the Account Executive(s) and GM to maintain the existing customer base, promote new referral opportunities and coordinate a smooth transition of care of the patient from the hospital to the home setting. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse, with a BS Degree and licensed in NC. Will require a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Previous marketing experience a plus Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Must reside in the Raleigh, NC area We Offer * Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits plus, HSA & FSA Savings Accounts Responsibilities * Manages daily and weekly schedule of patient care transition coordination, patient assessment and marketing support activities.
