Gorman & Company is seeking a dedicated
Housekeeper/Cleaner to provide first-class cleaning services at several of our residential properties in Phoenix, AZ. This role is crucial to maintaining the safety, attractiveness, and comfort of our communities for the residents who call them home.
A day in the life of a Housekeeper/Cleaner:
- Clean and maintain all common areas (hallways, vacant apartments, office spaces)
- Keep exterior grounds neat and welcoming
- Assist with inventory control and upkeep of cleaning equipment
- Partner with the maintenance team to complete apartment turns (painting, cleaning, replacing light bulbs, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or related work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow work orders/service requests
- Strong safety habits and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills with residents and team members
