Position Summary As a Corporate Paralegal on our Litigation team, you will play a key role in supporting and managing our litigation matters. You will be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance a varied workload in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an in-person hybrid position, 3 days in office required in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support during all phases of litigation, arbitration, or investigation, including case organization, discovery document preparation, trial/arbitration/hearing/deposition assistance, and data organization and analysis
- Drive case management support including witness coordination, outside counsel management, overall organization and tracking, document and data collection, and issue spotting
- Manage the Law Department's online legal billing system, including tracking and processing invoices
- Execute and manage legal preservation efforts, track legal holds, and facilitate responses to subpoenas
- Develop and innovate processes and organization to help our team operate more efficiently
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience within a law firm or in-house legal department, demonstrating a strong understanding of pretrial litigation procedures and processes.
- Associate degree or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office applications is required.
