You'll welcome families, lead age-appropriate activities, and keep everything running smoothly. What We're Looking For: 
 Greet families and handle check-in, drop-off, and pick-up per club standardsEngage kids with games, crafts, and activities; supervise free playRespond to each child's physical and emotional needs with careKeep the space spotless and safe-sanitize toys/equipment and follow safety proceduresLabel belongings, track parent info, and complete simple paperworkCommunicate with parents; escalate questions/concerns to a manager as neededLet parents/manager know if a child needs attention beyond Kids' Club capacityAttend required meetings/trainings and support club programs and emergenciesWork a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends) What You Bring: 
 Warm, friendly energy and great communicationReliable, organized, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitudeComfortable building rapport quickly and juggling multiple tasksWilling to learn; apply new info and follow safety policiesBasic knowledge of babysitting practices/techniques Qualifications: 
 High school diploma or GED (or at least 16 years old and a current high-school student in good standing)6+ months of childcare/babysitting experience preferredCPR/AED (infant/child/adult) certification preferred Benefits & Perks
