Job Description: Ryan Companies is seeking an experienced Project BIM Manager to join our dynamic and growing Architecture + Engineering (A+E) team. This individual will be responsible for supporting, implementing and developing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) practices that enhance project delivery, design efficiency, and collaboration across disciplines. This is a hands-on role ensuring project teams perform consistent, high-quality project execution across our healthcare, industrial and housing sectors within Ryan's integrated design-build approach in all our regions. To be successful in this role, you are experienced in BIM Management as an Architect / Architectural Designer with a thorough understanding of project delivery and design technology. You have developed a strong knowledge of Revit, ACC and additional Autodesk design software along with strong communication skills. You also bring a thorough knowledge of content management systems, typical BIM Execution Plan requirements and requirements for model quality auditing. This teammate will also have a willingness to expand their professional development through working with established and emerging design technology and aiding application development efforts to enhance processes and workflow automation. Some things you can expect to do; * Configure new Revit projects for project teams with resources you help define and manage. * Assist project teams in Building Information Modeling (BIM) * Exemplary collaboration with internal and external team members. * Lead and provide guidance on Project BIM Execution plans. * Conduct Revit model quality reviews with project teams. * Identify and communicate deviations in defined requirements of project scope and execution. * Assist with ongoing development of Revit project template and family libraries. * Actively participate in team meetings, department meetings and quarterly owner meetings. * Provide technical guidance on technology and design requirements. * Research and evaluate current and emerging digital technologies. * Assist in management of design software licenses, and subscriptions. * Assist in development, implementation, training, and maintenance of company standards, templates and content. * Research and foster peer relationships within greater BIM and Design Technology communities. You will really stand out if you have: * Professional Architecture or Engineering or related degree. * 5+ years of relevant experience. * Extensive project experience on projects within the Healthcare, Industrial and Housing sectors. * Experience conducting training both in-person and through recorded instruction. * Expertise with Revit. * Extensive experience with Revit family development. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a must. * Experience with interoperability of BIM software is a plus. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
