Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Prepare and mail required regulatory disclosures. Order appraisal and flood certification, and retrieve and review same. * Score application via automated underwriting system and carefully review decision results. * Communicate with applicant, Home Loan Consultant, and/or Home Loan Assistant to request required documentation. * Verify accuracy of information upon receipt and edit LOS as needed. * Review entire file, put in proper order and submit to underwriter. * Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and ensure contingency and closing dates are met. * Work with Home Loan Consultant to determine viable solutions to make deals work while balancing high credit quality. * Update general comments with all activity on the loan. * Request verifications (VOE, VOD, VOM, etc.), when applicable. * Responsible for providing customers with periodic status updates regarding their loan application. | |
