Summary: The Transition Experience Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within Osaic's Transitions & Onboarding team. This leader is responsible for overseeing, coaching, and developing Transition Consultants (TCs), ensuring they deliver seamless, white-glove onboarding experience for financial advisors who are moving to Osaic. The Transition Experience Manager drives consistency, accountability, and excellence across the team while fostering collaboration with Recruiting, Repapering, Sales Enablement, and Operations. This person needs to have a thorough understanding of the transition process and provide the appropriate guidance regarding the Osaic resources and tools along the way to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for the Financial Professionals. In addition to having some transition experience, it's critical to be a subject matter expert on asset movement, demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, be detailed oriented, and have exceptional communication skills. We are looking for self-starters who are quick learners, resourceful, and results oriented in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
