Salary: $83K-$98K

About the Role:
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, transferring products from development to full-scale production while driving process improvement and test system validation.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D, Design, and Manufacturing on test requirements.
Design and implement test plans, fixtures, and systems.
Support prototype/pilot builds and ensure BOM/process accuracy.
Analyze test data for trends, failures, and improvements.
Participate in PFMEA, control plans, and DFT initiatives.
Work with suppliers/contract manufacturers for production readiness.
Maintain test documentation, calibration, and validation records.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
3+ years test engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing/NPI.
2+ years PCB in-circuit and functional testing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, and automation tools.
Knowledge of DFM/DFA, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
Strong electronics, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience in electronics/electro-mechanical product/process development and statistical data analysis.
