OVERVIEW The Packaging Reliability Manager must have the ability to lead, coordinate, and manage the reliability and maintenance programs in a large fast paced packaging operation.In this position, he or she will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and maintenance personnel tasked with maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient packaging operation. The Reliability Manager is responsible for executing the structured work processes, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies required to achieve and sustain both the Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Planning missions. Likewise, create a proactive culture by developing people to value asset reliability, planning, cost control and Reliability Excellence.
