This position offers a meaningful opportunity to serve high-acuity clients, many of whom are navigating the intersection of behavioral health and the criminal justice system. You'll play a vital role in ensuring clinical, legal, and ethical standards are upheld through careful assessment, collaboration, and participation in court proceedings related to certifications and treatment compliance.

  • Conduct clinical interviews with clients, parents, and collateral sources (e.g., teachers, therapists, probation officers) to gather comprehensive background information.
  • Write integrated psychological reports and provide clear, compassionate feedback to families, schools, and referring providers.
  • Collaborate with AllHealth Network's Assessment Center and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, timely assessments and coordinated care.
  • Oversee clients on outpatient certifications, with or without court-ordered medications, ensuring compliance with the 27-65 statute and related legal documentation requirements.
  • Attend court hearings and communicate findings and recommendations in a professional and ethical manner to support client care and system coordination.
  • Participate in case consultations, supervision, treatment planning, and program development initiatives that advance client outcomes and professional excellence.

What You Bring

  • Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
  • Active Colorado Psychologist License.
  • Demonstrated experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for both children and adults, including those with complex or high-acuity needs.
  • Strong ethical standards, emotional intelligence, and respect for individuals' unique backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, appreciation for autonomy, and passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
  • Comfort and professionalism in working with clients involved in the criminal justice system and in court-related settings.

Why You'll Love Working Here
