Job Description This opportunity is for an experienced motorcycle/off-road vehicle collision damage estimator.As a Specialty Claims Adjuster for motorized powersports, you'll serve as an advocate for both insureds and claimants, engaging in detailed discussions about Specialty Vehicle repairs. This includes Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, accessories, upgrades, recycled parts, and various repair types for snow mobiles, Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTVs), All Terrain Vehicle (ATVs), and motorcycles. Your daily routine involves accessing claims through multiple platforms, reviewing policies, verifying coverages, and assessing prior claims. You'll collaborate with repair shops, communicate directly with customers, and conduct virtual inspections to assess damage. Your responsibilities include creating detailed estimates, researching custom parts, performing total loss evaluations, and skillfully negotiating repair costs. The role requires expertise in explaining estimates to customers, guiding them through the claims process, and facilitating payments to ensure satisfaction and transparency. ** This opportunity is for an experienced motivated motorcycle/off-road vehicle collision damage estimator. ** Preferred Qualifications: *You have a minimum of 18 months experience in estimating damage for motorcycle, off-road vehicles, and snowmobiles using CCC or Mitchell. You'll wear a few hats to fill a few roles throughout your day that all require a level of experience. You lead with empathy, always. Work Location This position is a remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is not available for California, Alaska, and Hawaii residents.
