Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $70-76 Hourly W2, Benefits and 401k matching Start Date: ASAP PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to commute to Playa Vista, CA or Hoboken, NJ. Note for Hoboken-based candidates: Potential travel to Los Angeles (LA) will be required. - As the Associate Creative Director, Copy for Style Social, you'll be responsible for leading the social-first creative ideation and execution for the company's Style content straddling the fashion, beauty, and home strategic business units. Partnering with your Associate Creative Director (Art) you'll shape ideas that resonate culturally, drive conversation, and elevate the company as a Style destination. You'll guide and mentor your Senior Copywriter, collaborate across production, and marketing to ensure the brand's voice feels both aspirational and authentically the company. Additionally, you'll bring a blend of leadership skills and hands-on expertise to the table. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling in social environments, a passion for culture and trends, and deep experience in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty content creation. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.00 to $76.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
