Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Sanford, FL. Interested? Here's what you'd do: -Support the leaders of each of the area's within the facility to apply 5S standards to ensure efficient ways of working in a standard manner across the project. -Performs tasks as directed to the highest safety standards. -Examples of tasks that you will perform: 1S - Sort - Tooling, materials & equipment to ensure that only those required remain in the area 2S - Set - Set in order the materials, tooling and equipment that is to remain in the area to ensure that there is a place for everything & everything is in its place to support efficient ways of working. EG Shadow Boards 3S - Shine - Clean all tooling, equipment, storage racks & workshop floors. Painting of floors, foot printing home locations for all items to ensure that everyone knows what is located where. 4S - Standardize the new way of working based on 1S-3S. Visual management boards, signage, pictures of acceptable/not acceptable conditions etc. Here's what you'll get: Pay: $ 30.00 /hr Hours: 40 hrs / Week Length: Temporary (3 months) Sounds like a good fit? Minimum 1 year of Facilities maintenance experience. Preferred Skills: Experience in construction/remodeling field. Experience in electrical and HVAC field. Must exercise safety in the use of hand tools, equipment, and work environment. Must be willing to accept and actively participate in skills training. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must have physical dexterity, good hand/eye coordination and be able to lift 80 lbs. Must possess valid driver's license. Must be able to work varied hours, holidays, and weekends.
