About this position: This Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of type and level of positions (primarily leadership roles from Manager to Director level), which are assigned based on business need. The majority of this portfolio is manager positions that could be in any of our clinic locations or business offices in DC, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virgina. This role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude about tackling anything that comes along. Our emphasis on service excellence (to both hiring managers and candidates), creative sourcing strategies and overall productivity ensure that we are much more than just a recruiting team.... we are true business partners consulting with our customers to ensure the perfect match of talent. If you enjoy networking, cold-calling, organizing and attending recruiting and community events, and using advanced online sourcing techniques then this could be the job for you. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $82,000.00 - $121,000.00/year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
