Department Summary The Experiential Education department oversees the legal representation provided clients through the College of Law's live-client clinics and Community Engagement Program; provides direct instruction to students in classroom courses; oversees external placements of students in judicial chambers, government offices, and non-profit organizations. The department oversees activities including special community outreach workshops; participation in legal fairs such as the Dallas County Expunction Fair; and special student volunteer events. Position Overview The UNT Dallas College of Law welcomes applications from experienced lawyers, judges, and law school instructors who are interested serving as a Professor of Practice. Minimum Qualifications * J.D. degree Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
