ACH/Payments Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in ACH and Payments . This is a senior-level role requiring a blend of domain knowledge, business analysis, and project management skills, leading key initiatives across ACH, Wire Transfers, and Real-Time Payments (RTP/FedNow).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ACH/Payments initiatives end-to-end, serving as the domain expert.
• Drive requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for new payment capabilities.
• Define control functions, risk mitigation processes, and manage pre/post-go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and technology teams to deliver payment enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Payments / ACH / Banking environments.
• Deep understanding of ACH workflows, NACHA rules, and payment processing systems.
• Knowledge of Wire Transfers, RTP, or FedNow preferred.
• Strong understanding of controls, compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
